We currently ship worldwide using tracked shipping services including UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, Canada Post, and USPS depending on the destination and courier availability.

Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on your country or region.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to customers.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the item, destination, courier, and whether the item is shipped directly by Miyabi Luxe Creations or through one of our sourcing partners.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for order processing and delivery.

Many items are carefully sourced and may first undergo authentication, quality inspection, and packaging preparation before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, authentication procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER STATUS EXPLANATION

PAID

Your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

CONFIRMED

Your item has been successfully secured and is currently being prepared for shipment and/or authentication processing.

PENDING

Your order is undergoing quality inspection, packaging, or courier preparation prior to shipment.

FULFILLED

Your order has been packed and shipped. Tracking information will be provided via email once available.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Miyabi Luxe Creations is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered to the correct shipping address.

CANCELED

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure the item requested. Any authorized payment will be refunded back to the original payment method depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY SHIPPING EMAIL

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.

If you still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping email, please contact us directly.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Due to the nature of luxury sourcing and limited inventory availability, orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY CONTROL

At Miyabi Luxe Creations, we carefully inspect and verify items prior to shipment whenever applicable.

Many products may go through authentication and quality review before being shipped to the customer to ensure accuracy, condition, and authenticity standards.

DUTIES & TAXES

International buyers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges depending on local laws and regulations.

These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to sender due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or unclaimed shipment, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
