Definition of Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost if:

  • Tracking shows delivered but the customer did not receive the package after reasonable investigation;
  • The package is missing in transit for an extended period;

If tracking shows delivered, customers must allow at least 5 business days for investigation before a claim can be reviewed, as carriers may:
