Authentication & Fulfillment
To ensure authenticity and quality assurance, some items may first be shipped to a third-party authentication facility before final delivery to the customer. This additional step may extend estimated delivery times.
Estimated delivery timelines are generally:
- Canada & USA: approximately 1–2 weeks
- International orders: approximately 2–3 weeks
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on courier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
