Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, international transit, authentication processing, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or cancellations.

 

Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that all purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing preferences, shipping delays, customs delays, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline future transactions from customers suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, scams, unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or policy violations.

 

Optional Shipping Protection

Customers may purchase optional shipping/package protection during checkout for eligible claims involving lost or damaged packages during transit.

If shipping protection is declined, Miyabi Luxe Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped.

Claims for protected shipments must be reported within the required claim period and may require supporting documentation, photos, or cooperation during the investigation process. Approval of claims is subject to review and verification.

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

 

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, scams, unauthorized chargebacks, or false claims.

All orders, tracking information, delivery confirmations, authentication records, and customer communications are documented and retained for fraud prevention purposes.

By placing an order, the customer agrees not to file fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes. Any false claims, scam activity, or unauthorized disputes may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future service
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers and financial institutions
  • Additional recovery actions where permitted by law

Customers must contact us directly first regarding any shipment or order concerns before initiating disputes with their bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Miyabiluxecreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
